citizenship entitlements

Article 12 of  the constitution of Kenya 2010

 Entitlements of citizens

1. Every citizen is entitled to-
   
   1. the rights, priviledges and benefits of citizenship, subject to the limits provided or permitted by this constitution; and
   2. a Kenyan passport and any document of registration or identification issued by the State to citizens.
2. A passport or other document referred to in clause (1) (b) may be denied, suspended or confiscated only in accordance with an Act of Parliament that satisfies the criteria referred to in Article 24: (Limitations of Rights or Fundamental freedoms).
